What is the central conflict of a love story where both the girl and the boy have a clear liking for each other? Answers to these questions are found as the story progresses. It’s a relatable story — of a woman constantly facing pressure to get married at what is considered to be the right age.
Bhumi is too strict to be taken seriously, yet she is seen as an autocratic boss at her office. The characters played by Vennela Kishore (as an inept designer who doesn’t know the ABC of architecture), Himaja (as a selfie-obsessed employee) and others are fun to watch. The first half is a mash-up of breezy as well as serious scenes.
Saptagiri provides entertainment in a brief role of an impatient guy . All other actors like Jayaprakash, Praveen, Arjun Kalyan, Harsha Vardhan, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Kireeti Dammaraju etc have done their job well. The second half opens with the surprise that the producer mentioned at one of the pre-release events.
Not groundbreaking or the best in the market, but perfect for a nice Sunday afternoon. Routine telegu romcom story with Somewhat OK 1st half further led down by lagging 2nd half. The film which becomes dull after a point comes back to life with the entry of Sapthagiri who impresses with dialogue delivery and witty remarks. This film doesn’t do much to make his niche any clearer. The problem is that there’s not enough drama for a feature-length film at all. First things first, Naga Shaurya playing Aakash is the most handsome he has looked on screen in his career.
The former hog the limelight in the first half while the latter goes missing. Both are adequate and effective towards the climax. Lakshmi Sowjanya makes her debut as a director with Varudu Kaavalenu. It is a feel-good new life promise plan reviews drama at heart with a core theme related to love and misunderstanding. The whole ‘styling’ is not without purpose, though. It adds to the character, and we understand quickly why a girl would fall for him.
With no real twists and thrills, viewers need the patience to enjoy the film. The stage is set for a romance between two independent and mature leads. In real-life settings, one would expect conflicts arising from different points of view to life, career, family, or even personality traits. In this story, Bhoomi has a problem expressing her feelings and an even bigger problem in listening to the other person’s point of view.
