biebs & ash smashburgers

Burgers are great and it’s super nice to have a gluten free bun. Fries are in a shared fryer so that is a bummer. The restaurant was busy when we got there around noon, but our food was totally worth the 20 minute wait. The burgers were done to perfection, all the ingredients were high-quality. We do fries with a garlic aioli and just a ton of fresh parm on top. People get really excited when they come out. Nice location in Goshen and a great setting. Hamburgers were excellent no done perfectly and the sides were good. The only reasons I did not give this place a 5 star review is because the hours are not consistent and there is not a lot of seating. We felt like we had to rush because people were staring us down and waiting on our table.
The burgers here are unique and different from others in the area. I had the Smash burger, my son the Frisco burger, and my Fiancé the Morning Smash burger. We ordered an appetizer which is like fried egg rolls, with beef inside with guacamole and hot cheetos on top. The inside is very clean and modern, you can dine outside, which we did. They have cocktails and beer, can only. They have a drink station with fountain soda and water.
